Boston Architecture
Pelham Hall Coolidge Corner Brookline Massachusetts
I’ve had this building on my list ever since I figured out it had a cool courtyard detail in the back. I finally got around to it yesterday, and I couldn’t quite shoot it as I had planned. I had wanted to take it from across the street but a tree was just enough in the way I had to take it from the sidewalk directly in front. The problem was I really needed to be in the street but with cars moving in and out of the spots I had to go as close to the street as possible on the sidewalk. After a couple frames a construction vehicle pulled in and basically blocked me off from the camera, so I ended up finishing off the frames reaching over the fender from the side and I couldn’t see the results until I got back to my car. I probably could have squared this up better if I had more time to analyze results and make adjustments, but considering the circumstances I’m lucky I got anything at all.
