Surreal Boston Skyline Sunrise over Charles River Boat Dock from Cambridge Massachusetts USA

It was calm on the Charles River and there was some decent clouds, so I tried a new angle. Stopped down the sky with a graduated ND filter, but had to keep the exposure to 2 secs to freeze the daisy chain of docks. For this reason, it was critical the river was calm to achieve smooth water with only 2 secs of exposure length.
