Infrared Photography
I took these images with a modified camera to achieve surreal looking color. A factory digital camera comes with a filter covering the image sensor that only allows visible light to pass, as the other wavelengths will pollute the image. To take these images, the filter covering my camera's sensor was replaced with one that allows all light wavelengths to pass (full spectrum). Then to further control the light received by the sensor, I place optical filters in front of the lens.

Stevens Pond Boxford Massachusetts with Mirror Reflection at Sunrise in 590 nm Infrared
Taken just after sunrise in late summer, calm conditions at Stevens Pond allowed for this perfect mirror reflection with morning golden light.
