Infrared Photography
I took these images with a modified camera to achieve surreal looking color. A factory digital camera comes with a filter covering the image sensor that only allows visible light to pass, as the other wavelengths will pollute the image. To take these images, the filter covering my camera's sensor was replaced with one that allows all light wavelengths to pass (full spectrum). Then to further control the light received by the sensor, I place optical filters in front of the lens.

Plum Island Pink House in Infrared
On a puffy cloud day in late summer (2018), I visited the Pink House on Plum Island in Newbury Massachusetts. I took this high-resolution panorama with a camera converted by https://kolarivision.com/ to record images in the near infrared spectrum (665 NM).
